California Shipping Policy (AB 1263)

To our valued California Customers,

California released Assembly Bill 1263 (effective 1/1/2026), which we believe is unconstitutional. This law attempts to force private companies to collect and retain your government-issued ID and mandates that you identify yourself to mail carriers just to receive standard parts.

We Refuse to Comply

We will not comply with a law that requires us to help the government track your purchases. AB 1263 would require sellers to hold your personal documents on file and subject you to invasive carrier-verified ID checks at your doorstep. Handing over the security of your personal information for home delivery is a trade-off no American should have to make.

Because we are unwilling to expose your data or participate in this unconstitutional overreach, we have made the difficult decision to stop direct sales of restricted items to California residents. We hope you understand that this decision was made to protect you and your privacy.

However, we are able to ship directly to participating California FFL-01, FFL-07, FFL-08, and FFL-11 dealers only.
